Special issue call for papers: Deforestation, global value-chains and corporate sustainability

Dear colleagues,
I am writing to bring to your attention the call for a special issue of the journal Business Strategy & the Environment (impact factor = 5.4)
The theme of the special issue is “Deforestation, Global Value Chains, and Corporate Sustainability” The aim of the special issue is to bring together research from such fields as forestry, land use change, agriculture, corporate sustainability, supply chain, consumer studies, and beyond. Engaging scholars from such diverse disciplines is important for developing required critical knowledge to guide businesses in taking the right steps to stop deforestation.

The deadline for submitting a short proposal is March 30, 2021; full papers are due Sept 1, 2021. Proposal submission is not a prerequisite for submitting the full paper.
